At BOC Institute we love Mondays. I personally love them too. They are a start of a new, new dawn, new week, new projects, new wonderful people we meet and work with. This Monday is special. It marks end of workings days of October and it is a first ever blog I am writing for our BOC #LinkedIn profile. I wrote some posts until now, as for a blog, I am discovering together with you, where my thoughts will lead me and what content I will be creating today and in the future.
About our work
October this year was an incredibly busy and #insightful month. With our partners and projects, we have been discovering various layers of organisational #development, #team dynamics and #personal drivers at job. As the month was progressing our activities were diverted, from transforming HR process of performance management which will impact whole #leadership, to encouraging employees for #agile #teamwork, strengthening internal #coaching competencies at one of our partners organisation, being inspired by costumer experience #CX approach and enjoying networking at one of the biggest investment conferences in Slovenia. And yes, we found new positions for a few candidates as #executivesearch remains our core service.
BOC Institute in the future
Personally, I ended month of October with coaching training, which lead me a step closer to become #ICF #coach, a personal aspiration of mine and an endless source of growth opportunities for my clients and myself. I noticed that biggest advantage of our small boutique HR agency is our flexibility and desire to create #tailormade, #unique #HR programs and project, matching needs of our clients perfectly. Last week, I was asked by one of my clients where do I see BOC Institute to go in the future? My answer was straightforward: “We will stay focused on specific, individual needs of our partners and candidates. And we will always deliver high quality, effective, tailor made solutions which will enable organisations to conquer their industry challenges and providing workplace their people will enjoy.”
Our “triple P”, so famously used this quarter, simply is and stays “Purpose - People - Passion”.
Wish you a great and wonderful November!
