Portfolio Manager for the Slovenian and Croatian market
The company develops, markets and sells innovative products in the OTC segment - medicines, medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics - in a dynamic way and with the help of a young team.
Location: Ljubljana
Direct report: CEO
Team: 12 members: 7 in Slovenia and 5 in Croatia; Distributor in Serbia and North Macedonia
The new employee will be responsible for all commodity brands in the portfolio, by local market conditions, advertising and the company's strategy.Key responsibilities are related to planning, implementing and monitoring the effective execution of agreed marketing plans and activities, to improve product and increase brand awareness.

Candidate Profile
Education: University degree in marketing or related field
Foreign languages knowledge: Fluency in English; Croatian language skills desirable
Work experience: at least 5 years of experience in the field Marketing or Brand Management, experience in operational and strategic marketing and experience in brand development, experience in digital channels; experience with food supplements is an advantage
Salary package for the selected candidate will be in line with the market conditions and the candidate's qualifications. The employment contract will be signed for a full-time period with a 6-month probation period.
