Ms Černetič is a project manager at BOC Institute with more than 20 years of professional experience in media, marketing, banking, event and communication management, where she was working as senior advisor for over 10 years. She carries vast in-depth knowledge in experience from different industry sectors, has worked with various types of stakeholders such as multinational organizations, small and medium enterprises, local authorities, civil society organisations, governmental and public institutions. Ms Černetič started her career as a journalist and later became senior advisor for marketing and communication to management boards of international financial institution. For five years she was a senior advisor in biggest Slovenian company for communication management. Through her career Ms Černetič has had managed to establish vast social network in Slovenia and in the Balkans.

She is a firm believer that givers gain, so she decided to transfer her extensive knowledge and experience and joined BOC Institute to work on projects of supporting others in the process of changing their professional career and helping managers drive the organizational changes.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and is fluent in English, Serbian and Croatian. She is author and co-author of many scientific articles on the topics of human resource management. Due to many, sometimes difficult experiences in her life, Ms Černetič considers herself as quite a connoisseur of human behaviour. Statement best describing her is: “Being original doesn’t require being first. It just means being different and better.”
